Our story
Professional Plumbing, Inc. is an established, local, family-owned business specializing in both service and construction. We’ve been in Louisville since 1980. Our customers include building contractors, large and small, plus service work when a building needs an office that actually answers.
We’re one of the only family-owned, locally owned plumbing companies left in the area. Wouldn’t you rather talk to someone local than some giant service brand?
We are not a national franchise and we do not pretend to be. You get people who know the job sites, know the suppliers, and know how Louisville construction actually runs. Construction plumbing for GCs and building teams on one side; day-to-day service on the other, same company, same standards.
Design-build and commercial construction is how a lot of our work starts: coordinate early when it helps the project, then install clean when the job is underway. When the phone rings for service, you still get the local office, not a script and a transfer.
